When you have lots of kids, a weekend away with just the baby is ABSOLUTELY a vacation! 😝 However, when I was a first time mom, a weekend away would be anything BUT a vacation 😉 As a first time mom I would have been stressed planning and packing for this. But now my perspective is “I ONLY have to pack for the baby?!!” Anyway, we had such an amazing time getting away for the weekend. Tim and I got to chat a lot AND watch a whole ass movie! 😂 Baby girl was perfectly happy as long as she was being held! Tim and I are always saying what a chill baby she is but when I really think about it, I don’t think she is any different. I think we have grown more patient and way less stressed. Which in turn probably keeps her calm since babies pick up on that stuff. Crying doesn’t get to us the way it use to, we understand that it’s all a season and most importantly we have a different perspective since we have older kids.
