This has helped with that 1st trimester nausea too!! 🤢 On those days where I couldn’t stomach almost anything, this one hit the spot and was bearable to eat. I also love how there are no strong smells associated with it! • 🍨 1 small school of vanilla ice cream (can be dairy free ice cream instead if that’s your preference) • 🥛 1 cup whole milk (can be whatever percentage or dairy free milk you prefer) How much you put in will depend on how thick you want it to be. One cup gives me the perfect consistency!! • 🍌 A handful (or 1 cup) frozen fruit of your choice! My favorite right now is banana or mangos!
