#NationalFajitaDay!! Fajitas make a balanced meal that is sooo delicious and nutritious!! Here is my favorite fajita recipe, try them out tonight!!
Combine the following ingredients in a gallon bag with about two chicken breasts cut into strips (you could use grass fed beef also!).
1 Tbsp. lime juice
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. dried oregano
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper (optional)
Let marinate for at least 30 minutes but up to several hours. In a large skillet, heat 1 Tbsp. oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken to the skillet and saute until cooked through, about 4 minutes. Transfer the chicken to a plate. Add the remaining 1 Tbsp. oil to the skillet.
