Getting ready for church with 5 little kids (ages 1 to 8) is no easy feat. Getting ready for a special mass?? Forget about it! 😂 But this year we went in PREPARED. We started getting ready HOURS before we had to leave and it worked! I could not believe we made it to mass without it feeling completely out of control on Christmas Eve!! But then the drama happened. After mass, despite showing ZERO signs of illness, two of my kids threw up and my toddler had a MELT DOWN due to being up late. We had a big Christmas Eve dinner planned with family and well, basically things didn’t go as planned. But that’s okay! It was still a beautiful night as we prepared for the birth of our savior. Just goes to show that by adding a little music, anything can look serene 😂 In reality I love sharing videos like these because despite the chaos this is such a beautiful time we are in as parents.
