Every woman should get their pelvic floor checked out regardless if they have had kids or not, but ESPECIALLY if you have had kids and or are currently pregnant. It really should be standard health care for women š
* Talk to your OB or primary doctor about referring you to a pelvic floor therapist or fine a private practice and pay out of pocket (or you can use your HSA. This is the route I took)
* ļæ½Get vour pelvic floor and abdomen checked by a physical therapist
* ļæ½You should not feel pain during seggs after the healing stage. If you do, please go get your pelvic floor checked.
