How I get my toddler and baby (and 3 other kids) in and out of the car safely when out and about 🚗 My main goal is to limit the amount of time my back is turned and the amount of time my kids are in the parking lot outside of the car. During my Monday’s Ask Me Anything stories, I have so many mamas ask me, “How do you get all the kids in and out of the car safely when out? I am too scared with a baby and a toddler.” To that I say, I was nervous about as well when I had my first two! But I have learned the more you do it the more comfortable you will get. My advice for first time moms or moms of two little ones is, practice! Practice doing this by going somewhere safe by yourself with the kids, such as a friend or family member’s house. The more you practice getting them in and out of the car quickly the easier it will become.
