Wait for it…😝 I see so many GRWM (Get Read my With Me) videos of mamas who are taking the time to put themselves together with hair, make up, and a great outfit. And while I am all for a mama taking the time do something for herself…this one ain’t me 😝 It’s just not realistic for me at the stage of motherhood I am in. I am lucky if I am able to get out of my pajamas for the day, let alone do a whole skin care and make up routine. 🤪 One day I would like to get there though. I know I am more productive when I take the time to face the day, but at this point it would be another thing to put pressure on myself to do. I believe that self care comes in many forms. For some, it may come in the form of getting up early and doing their make up, and for others it may come in the form of allowing themselves to get that extra hour of rest.
