This is not meant to scare anyone, but by not talking about these things it only leaves mamas confused and shocked when moments like this happen. Will this happen to everyone? Absolutely not! But I think we should have a better knowledge about what birth is like. We are often fed a one size fits all version of birth and that simply isn’t the case!
