Mark this on things I wished I knew before getting pregnant! This is what they mean when you hear someone say, “my milk hasn’t come in yet” after baby has been born. Also, please note I said LEAKING. Some women will leak colostrum early on while pregnant and some women won’t, both are normal. No where in here do I say to pump or hand express. Doing that early on can cause contractions too soon.
