Now, everyone’s situation is different. While it is illegal to deny you pumping breaks, I know there are some jobs where stopping every 3 hours isn’t an option. If taking frequent breaks to pump isn’t an option for you, then this advice isn’t for you ❤️
I would advise on trying to pump if you are going back to work in the event your brests don’t take to the pump. Also, if it hurts to pump it could be the flange size and the speed at which you are setting the machine.
