Happy Mother’s Day to all who are a mother, who are mother figures, or who have a mother! 😉 Truthfully, Mother’s Day is always a bit of a conflicting day for me. I think as women sometimes we tend to focus on our inadequacies rather than our strengths. I have not been a perfect mother and I would change some things if I could; but like you, I love my children with love that is indescribable and am grateful for the ability we have to grow and change. Today, I wish to focus on my mother, who is the greatest woman I know. The past year has been very difficult for her without our dad by her side as she has navigated through so much physical pain. But as always, she has faced her trials with poise and dignity. She is an extraordinary woman who plays every role with immense love—mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and mother-in-law.
