Visiting barilla Pedrignano Facility (which is the largest pasta factory in the world) and spending the night at Academia Barilla in Parma today was truly one of those “pinch me moments” that I’ll never forget. Academia Barilla is the first international center dedicated to the development and promotion of Italian Gastronomical Culture.
