As a therapist, I know that the trauma therapy will definitely be needed right now. Young children absolutely benefit from therapy during these difficult times. My mom guilt has set in today because of Rick and I not being available for our children right away…knowing that when we booked the cruise, we had no idea what the future would hold. I know I can’t blame myself or dwell on what could have been but now getting my children to a healthier place mentally 🙏🏾❤️ #raisingcultures #trauma #traumatherapy
