Both my sons were with me...Princeton (Boosie) held his head down almost in shame. At 4, why must he feel anxious that when we go out in public some ignorant adult will make us feel bad for loving each other? And only because of the color of our skin, seriously? My other son Ayden was looking like, "here we go again." I was so heated that when he grabbed my hand, I immediately felt his cool touch. I looked at his face and he said, "Mom it's going to be okay. Not everyone have the love we have." I was calm and heartbroken at the same time. . Every day is tiresome, every day is exhausting, every day is overwhelming...but every day, as his MOTHER, I will love him despite what society feels, thinks, or believes. At this point, at our big ages; we should be awaiting Jesus's return with a clean heart...not being down here on Earth wondering why a mother chose to mother 🤷🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️ .
