This pandemic has been hard on everyone. My sweet boy has been through a lot this entire time...since March, he's not been able to socialize with his peers. Zoom only during school hours and that's mostly for school related stuff. Because he's 9, he does not have a cell phone or social media accounts and due to covid19, we are not having any play dates or sleep overs...he can't work like the teens or chat with friends via social media or FaceTime. He's had a few phone conversations but it's not the same and physical interaction. I'm so excited that they have made it possible for them to engage in sports with taking temps, proper sanitary precautions, mask, etc...just look at his eyes, they are lit up! It made my heart smile! Lord it's hard on everyone. We all have to make the decisions that best fits the needs of our families.
