The Dallas Cowboys have retained the title of the world’s most valuable sports team, according to Forbes’ annual list. The NFL franchise is valued at $29 billion, a year-over-year increase of 29% and has been atop the rankings since 2016 when Dallas overtook Spanish soccer giant Real Madrid, which remains on the list. Closely following the Cowboys to make up the top five are the Golden State Warriors, Los Angeles Rams, New York Giants and Los Angeles Lakers. The top 50 teams, which include 30 NFL franchises, are collectively worth more than $353 billion - more than double the combined value from four years ago. Other noteworthy names on the list include soccer clubs Manchester United, Barcelona and Liverpool.
