Miles’ High Five of the Week! 🧠🕶️🙌 We’re sending a HUGE shout out and congratulations to Ashley F., an absolute force in the Miles for Migraine community! At our recent Miles for Migraine Miami event, Ashley: • Earned our highest individual fundraiser award, raising over $2,900 • Led the largest team, Mindful Migraine, with 65 participants • Helped her team raise over $4,000 • And, for the THIRD year in a row, finished as our top fundraiser But beyond the numbers is Ashley’s story, and it’s one that so many in this community deeply feel. As she shared from her fundraising page: “This year marks 10 years since I was diagnosed with chronic migraine… migraine changes everything: how you move, connect, and show up in the world.
