A mural has been discovered in London’s Bayswater, seemingly created by the elusive British artist 'Banksy'. ⁣ ⁣ It's believed an identical artwork also belonging to Banksy emerged the same day in the UK capital’s Tottenham Court Road – although representatives of the artist have not confirmed this. ⁣ ⁣ Over the past two decades the anonymous art has popped up in cities across the world, usually commenting on social and political issues, gaining international recognition. ⁣ ⁣ Some famous works include the Girl with Balloon – an exhibition piece, which was famously shredded after being purchased for £1m ($1.35m).⁣ ⁣ Little is confirmed about the artist, although it's understood Banksy is male and was born in Bristol in the early 1970s. ⁣ ⁣ #Artist #Banksy #London #art
