Yesterday evening, we were delighted to welcome our new class of junior analysts who will be embarking on a rigorous, hands-on training programme teaching them hard and soft skills necessary for the world of finance. The first session, led by the executive committee, provided our junior analysts with expectations, inspiration and a practice stock pitch.
