Last month, our Burkina Faso team gathered in the community of Komsnedego, to joyfully mark the expansion of our community farm—officially launching 100+ new farm plots and 10 new water catchments, all 100% powered by solar energy. ☀️💧 The newly launched farm plots and water catchments represent more than growth. They represent community, ownership, and self-sufficiency. After the formall remarks, the celebration continued with a ribbon-cutting ceremony, a shared meal, and beautiful moments like the ones captured here—simple, joyful reminders of what community-led development looks like in action. As we carry this momentum forward, we’re still working toward our $50,000 year-end Opportunity Campaign goal.
