Oh the weather outside is frightful ❄️, but visits from the USO are so delightful… The USO recently visited service members deployed to the Baltics, who took a break from their duties in the frigid weather to join in some holiday cheer with USO Holidays Care Packages, gingerbread cookie decorating and visits from USO Canine Volunteer Buddy (the dog, not the elf). #USOHolidays
