Today, deputies from SCV Sheriff Station’s Crime Prevention Unit, along with our reserve deputies and Explorers teamed up with fellow law enforcement agencies and Viking Charities in Santa Monica to help pack boxes of food for families in need. Together, meal baskets were assembled, each filled with a turkey and all the fixings for a festive dinner. Afterward, the team returned back to SCV to distribute meals and toys to local families in our community. 🎁 There’s no greater joy than giving back.
