Drivers, do you know who's watching you? Many law enforcement agencies in Washington use devices called Automated License Plate Readers (ALPRs) to capture and store data of countless Washington drivers every day — tracking you on your way to school, the grocery store, your night out. And there are no guardrails on who can access this data about you, or what they do with it. 🚩That is a red flag for our privacy rights. We all deserve to move around our communities without being tracked. Join us online on December 10 to learn how these devices work, why the lack of regulation threatens our civil rights and enables federal abuses, and how you can take action to fight back.
