Disgraced rapper Sean 'Diddy' Combs is hoping for a Christmas miracle as his lawyers filed an appeal to overturn his conviction for pr*stitution offenses. The 56-year-old has been locked up in federal prison in New Jersey since he was sentenced in October to over four years behind bars, and in that time has been accused of flouting prison rules by making homemade moonshine. On Tuesday, lawyers for Combs filed an appeal in hopes of granting his immediate release back onto the streets, or directing his trial judge to lighten his sentence.
