I Love Soca has confirmed National Heroes Circle as its new home in Kingston.
Chief organiser Andrew Bellamy says Heroes Circle was selected for its central location, ease of access from multiple angles, and its capacity to accommodate parking and large crowds. He noted that the space will be transformed to meet and exceed I Love Soca’s usual production standards.
Mayor of Kingston, Andrew Swaby, welcomed the move, describing the venue as ideal and confirming that parking, community engagement and the open-air layout were all considered, with discussions already underway to ensure surrounding communities benefit from the event.
Senior Superintendent Michael Phipps, who commands Area 4, confirmed that the Jamaica Constabulary Force endorses the location and will prioritise public safety, traffic flow and parking during the event.
