It was not placed in a nondescript shipping package, making it easy for scammers to spot the expensive item. The buyer noted immediately that the seal had been tampered with. Inside the box, they found several rocks – carefully bubble-wrapped for safety. The kicker? Best Buy says it won't replace the card.
