THE RULES:
Every minute on the minute (for 10 rounds):
Kettlebell Burpees (drop, explode, repeat)
Kettlebell Thrusters (legs & lungs on fire)
Push-ups (claws out, chest to the floor)
LEVELS:
Level 1 - The Boot: Tapped at 6. Grandpa’s disappointed.
Level 2 - The Private: 10 rounds complete. You held the
line. Respect earned.
Level 3 - The Sergeant: Add +5 push-ups per burpee. No medics, no mercy. You’re the legend they toast to at the VFW.
• KETTLEBELL GUIDELINES:
Men: 20-30% of bodyweight (18-24kg
recommended)
• Women: 15-25% of bodyweight (10-16kg
recommended)
Beginners: Go lighter, survive the storm.
Advanced: Go heavy, become the storm.
