Part 2- Square Cake Cake details- Flavor- 3X Chocolate Size- I used 9” x 2” cake pans, and made 3 cakes. Cut them in half to create 6, 1” cake layers. Fillings & Frostings- Chocolate Ganache & Chocolate Buttercream frosting. After I filled & crumb coated the cake, I placed it in the freezer for 30 minutes to allow the frosting to chill and set up. Once the cake was set up, I covered the entire cake in a thick layer of my Chocolate Ganache. And then put back in the freezer for 1 hour. Now its time to decorate!!
