How I make my Chocolate Buttercream Frosting I start by making my Chocolate Ganache, and once it’s done, I will let it cool until it thickens up and is room temp. Once my ganache has cooled, I make my American Buttercream Frosting. I use about 2 Cups of Buttercream and 1 1/2 Cup of Ganache.
