🍰This is my process after baking my cakes 🍰 -Let cake cool IN cake pan for 15-30 minutes. -Trim off rounded top (if any). -Set cake board on top of cake in cake pan, flip over and remove pan. -Use cake leveler to cut in half -Place parchment paper between the layers to avoid cake sticking. -Put cake in freezer for 3-5 + hours. -Enjoy the cake trimmings.
