Making cupcakes today with my favorite Vanilla Cake Recipe 🍰 Ingredients: 3 Cups Cake Flour (I used Lehi mills Cake flour) 1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Salt 1 Cup Butter, room temperature 2 Cups Granulated Sugar 4 Eggs 2 Egg Whites 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil 1 tbsp Vanilla extract 1/3 Cup Greek Vanilla yogurt or Sour Cream 1 Cup Milk Baking Instructions: -Preheat your oven to 325 degrees F. -Prepare cake pans with non-stick spray. Set aside. Or cupcake pan with cupcake liners. -In a medium sized mixing bowl, whisk together the cake flour, baking powder and salt.
