The long awaited video of how I store/freeze my cake layers. 🍰 Here is my process: -After baking, let your cake cool in the cake pan for at least 20 minutes. -Once cooled, trim your cake and place on a cake board. -Place the cake on the cake board directly in the freezer for a minimum of 3 hours. -Once frozen, fill and decorate 🍰Do you have any questions about this process??
