🍰 Part 2: How I prep my cakes for stacking multiple tiers. If you haven’t already seen part 1, go and watch that now. When I am working with multiple tiers of cake, all are frozen, crumb coated and iced separately. After I’ve decorated each layer, I then freeze each cake again for a minimum of 30 minutes.
