As a baker, wife, Mom and business owner, It’s the ABSOLUTE hardest days of work that will be remembered as hard by you. And really no one else. (Unless you are lucky and have a kitchen therapist while baking.) NO ONE knows how many times your measurements were off, you cussed, you raised your voice, you forgot to make a healthy lunch for your kids, you failed a batch, but in the end of the day... you gave someone something SO PERFECT that they will treasure for the rest of their lives. And that’s why we have an awesome job. It’s hard work. It’s never easy. But we suck it up and let our work and confidence in our work do the talking.
