👋 Greetings from Da Nang, Vietnam 🇻🇳 We hopped off the 20+ plane ✈️ ride, stopped over in Ho Chi Minh for a night 🏨 and then did a 17 hour train 🚂 ride and finally started our travels…and with the flip flop of time, we are having a blast but falling asleep early in the evening after exploring during the day First stop: A goddess who hears your prayers… and mountains born from a dragon’s egg 🐉✨ Standing over Da Nang, Lady Buddha watches the sea, believed to see, hear, and comfort the world. The walk up to Lady Buddha is just as magical as the statue itself — passing through ornate stone arches, peaceful gardens filled with perfectly pruned bonsai trees, and the occasional monkey sighting keeping things playful. It feels like a calm, sacred space… with a little surprise around every corner.
