For decades, New Trier’s Tri-Ship club has partnered with the Greater Chicago Food Depository to help those in need throughout Cook County. Each year, students gather over 20,000 pounds of food items, and families also contribute to a virtual food drive. To date, New Trier’s 2025 virtual food drive has raised more than $67,000 for the Food Depository in addition to thousands of pounds of food items donated at school.
