#INTERNSHIPIMPACT⭐️ Karsen Damon is a Delta Zeta National Headquarters—Lead Global Marketing and Philanthropy Intern! In 2024, as a Global Marketing and Philanthropy Intern, I worked with VPs to ensure accurate event reporting and supported philanthropic partners. I participated in two Starkey Hearing Foundation mission trips, helping fit over 900 individuals with hearing aids in the Dominican Republic and El Salvador. I also assisted at leadership conferences, leading training and setting goals. Now in my second year as lead intern, I continue to make a meaningful impact. -Karsen Damon
