Hi all, we have two posts for today. Everyone, meet Talia Lugo, an official of the Paraguay Rally event. Motorsports has been a passion since she was a child and Talia want to give thanks to her club - the Paraguayan Touring and Automobile Club – for giving her the opportunity to do the Technical Officials course which was an FIA program, instructed by the Technical Department of the RFEDA (Royal Spanish Automobile Federation). Her mentors have trained her over the years, allowing her to participate as a Commissioner Technician, checking on the safety system of the cars including fire extinguishers, safety harnesses, FIA regulations and homologations. Not only has she officiated in her national events, but she had also participated in South American events, a first for a woman from Paraguay.
