Congratulations to Julie Plourde and her horse Rocky, winners of the 2025 NFR Barrel Racing average. If you didn't already know, Julie came in as #119 after Anita Ellis was forced to turn out of NFR due to injury. Plourde is also the first French-Canadian to run at the Thomas & Mack, but currently calls Texas home.
