Core memory for ME: getting my baby girl ready for her first dance recital 🥹
This has been something that Harper has wanted to do for the longest. Since we usually leave to go abroad in the middle of her ballet season, she’s never actually been home to participate - so this was extra special!
Harper absolutely shined and watching her twirl with confidence and grace was a proud mom moment for me. The best part, though, was seeing how proud she was of herself. As a mom, here are a few ways that I’m pouring into my kids to build confidence and give them more of those proud moments:
1. Celebrating their wins by cheering for the effort they put in to all of their activities and the final product
2. Giving them space to try new things so that they can discover the things they are passionate about and believe in their own abilities
