Do you prefer trips with just your partner, or couples trips with friends AND your partner?? I personally love both, but traveling with my husband and another couple we love to Tulum last week was so much fun. It was best of both worlds as we got a nice amount of alone time as well as some fun social time with a couple that we genuinely enjoy spending time with. A little story time about how we met this couple and why this trip was such a full circle moment: back in 2022 DJ and I took our first as a family of 4. Jaxson was only a few months old and we went down to Fort Lauderdale for a few days. After we got checked in, we went down to the pool to let Harper (who was almost 3 at the time) burn some energy before bedtime. In comes this other couple, with 2 kids around the same age, who seemed to have the exact same idea at the exact same time!
