I’ve done this hike twice. Once 11 years ago and once last year. The growth of tourism in Guatemala over the last decade is insane to take in, I’d love to know more on how the locals feel about it. This hike is about 5-8 hours up a volcano so you can watch the active volcano next to it erupt all night if you’re lucky.
