This weekend here in the UAE they are celebrating UAE National Day, which is like Independence Day. Most schools had celebrations this week as well and we got to attend an event at Harper and Jaxson’s school! Attending this event was a great reminder of how cool it is that my kids get to experience and learn about different cultures firsthand, not by reading about them or seeing them on TV, but by living in them.
