Today marks two weeks since DJ left for Dubai, and as I was editing this week’s vlog, I couldn’t help but get emotional watching the footage of the kids saying see you later to their Daddy. The goodbyes never get easier, even when we know it will only be for a couple of months. Of course I’ve been missing my husband and best friend like crazy and the kids miss their dad, but we’re all staying busy - the kids have settled into their daily routines with school and activities and hubby has been killing it in preseason while getting our apartment in the UAE ready for our arrival.
