Can we nornalize telling our significant others what we need from them instead if just expecting them to know? It makes SUCH a difference! I had a much needed, kid-free day in Osaka with @shaquaylamims. Living in Japan, we don’t have help with the kids so @dequanmjones and I had to be intentional about making this happen for me, but we made it work.
