Let’s pack Harper’s backpack for school in Japan. At the end of each week, she brings home items like her blanket and school hat that need to be washed and sent back on Monday, so every Sunday, we do a little backpack refresh. She goes to an international (English speaking) school here. It’s definitely not your traditional Japanese school, but she has learned a lot about Japanese culture. I had her end of the school year parent teacher conference today, and the teacher told me that Harper is her ideal student.
