Japan, like so many foreign counties, does a great job taking care of mothers and little ones. While there are a few things about having a baby here that I personally find challenging, overall it’s a beautiful place to be with small children. It’s safe, it’s clean, and they are extremely accommodating by providing things like priority seating to mothers with babies on public transit and spaces like these baby care rooms in large public places. So, let’s take a tour of the baby rooms here in Japan. Many baby care rooms include a plethora of changing stations, a sink that dispenses both hot and cold water for preparing or warming food or bottles, and a very cute potty area specifically designed for toddlers.
