2020 wasn’t the worst year I’ve ever had. Not my favorite, but not the worst, and I know that in itself is such a blessing. Still, I’m looking forward to the fresh start that 2021 will bring. I know so many people desperately need it and I pray that the new year brings nothing but good ♥️ When I think back on 2020, while I’ll remember the pandemic, the racial tension, and the anxiety that came along with both, what I’ll remember more is the family time. I’ll remember how this little girl transformed from baby to toddler right before my eyes and what a joy it was to see her take her first steps and hear her say her first words. I’ll remember the sweet stuff, because while this year had a lot of bitter, there was sweetness too and for that, I’m so thankful!
