When we’re abroad and homesick, THIS is what I look forward to most - spending time in and around our home, enjoying the backyard with our babygirl, spending quality time with my husband during nap time, baking all the things in our kitchen, getting to know our neighbors... being present, having lazy days at home, and enjoying not being on a schedule. I have to remind myself of that right now when we are all so eager to get back to “normal.” Days like these are the days that I once craved. We are so incredibly blessed and life is GOOD.
