38 weeks in | 38 weeks out At the end of this week, Harper will have been on the outside longer than she was inside of me. Pregnancy feels SO long, and it’s hard to believe that the baby girl that I prayed for, the one who I felt kick and twirl inside of my belly, the one who we created, will be 9 months old in a few days. My husband and I joke that Harper has had the same personality from day 1 in utero that she does today. We see the same facial expressions that we saw in ultrasounds. Some of the same things excite her. And, now that she’s mobile, I’m like “oh THAT is the move I felt her do in my tummy” 😂 While we laugh at the similarities, she has grown so much in so many ways and amazes me everyday.
